Fr.\u00a0 Valentine Kalumba, O.M.I, 49 as the Bishop of Livingstone. Fr. Kalumba, O.M.I was ordained priest for the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate (OMI) on 22<sup>nd<\/sup> October 2005 at Mary Immaculate Parish in Lusaka.\u00a0 He holds a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Theology (Theological Institute, South Africa) and a Diploma in Accountancy (National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Fr. Kalumba, O.M.I has held many offices in his Religious Congregation as Formator (Pre-Novitiate, Lusaka), as Parish Priest (Limulunga, Kalabo), as Parochial Vicar (Kalabo, Shang\u2019ombo in Livingstone) and as Director of Oblate Radio Liseli in Mongu. Currently, Fr. Kalumba, OMI is the Parish Priest of Blessed Mary Theresa in the Diocese of Kabwe and he is also the Vicar of the Delegation of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate (O.M.I) here in Zambia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/zeccatholic.blogspot.com\/2016\/06\/fr-valentine-kalumba-omi-new-bishop-of.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/zeccatholic.blogspot.com\/2016\/06\/fr-valentine-kalumba-omi-new-bishop-of.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Pope Francis\u00a0has appointed Fr.\u00a0\u00a0Valentine Kalumba as the\u00a0Bishop of Livingstone.
