This First Ever Special\u00a0Single Class Golden Jubilee Medal function took place on 23<sup>rd<\/sup> October 2014 at Mika Convention Centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Among those who received a medal are five Missionaries of Africa:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n<li>Bishop Adolf Joseph Paul Furstenberg, German (1909 \u2013 1988)<\/li>\n<li>Father Jean Jacques Corbeil, Canadian (1914 \u2013 1990)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/peres-blancs.cef.fr\/bernard_poisson.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Father\u00a0Bernard Poisson,<\/a>\u00a0French, born in 1926, currently in Bill\u00e8re, France<\/li>\n<li>Father Claude Galmiche, French, born in 1925, currently in Tassy, France<\/li>\n<li>And\u00a0Bishop Ren\u00e9 Pailloux, French, (1903 \u2013 1988)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Father Oswald Mallya received the medals on behalf of our confreres.
