I look up in the sky I see free birds<\/i><\/address>\n
Flying high the horizon<\/i><\/address>\n
While my people are weeping<\/i><\/address>\n
Struggling to be free like a crying bird<\/i><\/address>\n
In the hand of the oppressor<\/i><\/address>\n
\u00a0<\/i><\/address>\n
For by force they are smuggled<\/i><\/address>\n
To far countries they are taken<\/i><\/address>\n
To be used as sex workers and drug dealers<\/i><\/address>\n
Yes both boys and girls are victims<\/i><\/address>\n
\u00a0<\/i><\/address>\n
For hard labour they are used with poor conditions<\/i><\/address>\n
Yet good wages they are refused<\/i><\/address>\n
Who is accountable for their suffering?<\/i><\/address>\n
It\u2019s all because of you! And me!<\/i><\/address>\n
Who have kept our mouths shut like a door?<\/i><\/address>\n
And have failed to be a walking stick\u00a0 <\/i><\/address>\n
In the hand of the most vulnerable<\/i><\/address>\n
\u00a0<\/i><\/address>\n
Yes a patient heart do we need<\/i><\/address>\n
To listen to the voice of the voiceless<\/i><\/address>\n
An intelligent mind we need not<\/i><\/address>\n
That only talks without actions<\/i><\/address>\n
Together lets fight modern slavery<\/i><\/address>\n
