Let us pray for him and for his loved ones.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:justify;\">Milestones of Father\u2019s life:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Harrie was born on the 30<sup>th<\/sup> December 1925 at Cothen, in the Diocese of Utrecht, in the Netherlands. He began his spiritual year with the Missionaries of Africa on the 1<sup>st<\/sup> September 1949 at\u2018s-Heerenberg in the Netherlands, where he continued his theological studies and pronounced his Missionary Oath on the 22<sup>nd<\/sup> July 1953. He was ordained to the priesthood on the 10<sup>th<\/sup> June 1954 at Monteviot, in Scotland.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>In Malawi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">01\/10\/1954: Bembeke, 06\/07\/1955: Mtendere, 01\/01\/1959: Dedza, 01\/01\/1960: Mua, 01\/01\/1963: Dedza, 06\/09\/1963: Mua, 01\/01\/1970: Ntcheu, 01\/01\/1976: Ganya, Dedza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-12927 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/mafrsouthernafrica.files.wordpress.com\/2017\/10\/father-jean-pierre-pickard.png?resize=108%2C150\" alt=\"Father Jean-Pierre Pickard\" width=\"108\" height=\"150\" \/>Father Luc Putzeys, Provincial Delegate of the sector of Belgium, informs you of the return to the Lord of <strong>Father Jean-Pierre Pickard<\/strong> on Friday the 29<sup>th<\/sup> September 2017 at Evere (Belgium) at the age of 91 years, of which 67 years of missionary life in Portugal, Mozambique, Malawi and Belgium. Let us pray for him and for his loved ones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Milestones of Father Jean-Pierre Pickard\u2019s life:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Jean-Pierre was born on the 18<sup>th<\/sup> September 1926 in Schaerbeek (Brussels), in the Diocese of Mechelen-Brussels.
